What’s the price? Already launched?
Condo is selling at RM500 psf or more. The bungalow will be 3mil+. Price is reasonable to me.
Compared to those projects in Sungai Ara, this once definitely more strategic in term of location. With Arte S selling at RM700 psf, if this is RM500psf, I think it will be worth to invest.
Who knows about the developer? Are they financially strong? Any track record?
they haven’t even receive financing approval from banks yet. According to a few bankers they are still deciding whether to finance this project or not. Seems risky.

550psf for 1,500 meaning to say is arround 825K?
As I know that area is hill so called it starhill..
I think can get the 1,500 sqft condo below 800k. But still expensive la. Heard Arte S selling at 700psf and reception is good. This one might have another hot kuih. sigh.
i would buy Starhill. Arte S can’t sell because they haven’t receive the APPL yet. Any sound investor wouldn’t pay so much for a 1250sft condo. Do you seriously think you can sell it for RM1 million in the near future? I doubt so.
Actually the price now selling also 850k-1.07mil. With super condo concept and private lift for every unit and with excellent facilities, potential for price appreciation.
I think that one cannot compare Starhill with Arte. Like comparing a plain Jane with Angelina Jolie..Do not mean to belittle the former but each has their strong points and each caters towards different buyers and investors. Question really is what price do we put on the design differentiation. Market response on launching will provide the answer.

Doubt you can compare. StarHill in terms of price is more competitive and in terms of the land area is so much bigger. Design for Arte S is overrated and by looking at the layout there are so much being wasted. If i buy StarHill i can save up to RM150K and use that money to do my renovations. Not to mention i get a bigger size unit with it. Just being realistic. Not to mention maintenance for Starhill will be cheaper. Location wise as well better.
Everyone here seems to like Starhill than Arte S. Nice competition and we will see how well they sell later on. I think for those practical will go with Starhill. Arte S is too fancy, maybe for the very young generation, but do they have the bullets? It’s interesting đŸ™‚

Is the developer reliable?
Starhill is located at good location for living and renting. The prices is cheaper and reasonable with calculate by sqt for all type of layout . So , it a good investment for property or as dream home.
StarHill location strategically good for investment, home stay or renting. The price is comparable to other condominium in Penang with higher appreciation rate as able to rent to USM students and continue their stay after graduation. Convenient to town. Airport or mainland,

come and see by your own eyes of their workmanship… build shitty landed house .. can you imagine them building high rise ??
When I visited the Starhill property exhibition booth at Queensbay Mall in the past, property looked luxury, strategic location & price is reasonable. But, am not sure this property is promoting “green environment” concept as I don’t see lots of trees or outdoor recreation facilitites (such as jogging track, fountains, sport equipments, etc) within the property’s outdoor compound. It seems to me that the developer is trying to make more $$$ by “squeezing” a few more bungalows withint the condominium compound, which will affect the traffics/parkings badly along the roads. As a socially responsible developer, should promote “green” efforts while maximizing the capital return for future growth.
Does anyone know much about the developer, cant seem to track down reviews about the company, not sure of its reliability?
