With less than RM300/sqft, this seems to be a pretty good investment. Furthermore the developer is giving discount and 2 car parks for the early birds. The only real concern is that it is built on a former cemetery land, which according to the report that there were 60 graveyards that’s now exhumed to make way for this project.

The date of soft launch is on 1st – 4th September 2011, and the developer will be giving 2 car parks (front and back) during the launch. Their office is near Jalan Perak, opposite the Shell petrol station.

I would like to put my money and invest in this condominium but would love to hear anybody else opinion on this. I don’t think the graveyard will be a real concern for a youngster like me, as the location is quite good. Should I invest??
