i went to their lauching today. after viewing the terrace show unit, the 3 storey house is big enough with 22′ x 70′.
it is rm 146 per square feet, for house in that area, i totally agree that the house is realy worth compare to other project, its only sell with the price rm528k.
Unfort, the house is design for big family, my family with only 4 person doesnt need this huge space, i does not has a maid to help my house keeping.
How is the take up rate? It does sounds like a good project to me.
