Ideal Vision Park

Ideal Vision Park at Bayan Lepas, Penang is an upcoming mixed-development project by Ideal Property. The RM1.5bil mega project comprising 1,945 units of residential and commercial properties and 550,000sq ft of commercial space on 25 acres of land.

The first and second phase, expected to be launched in 2013 comprises RM300mil worth of high-rise residential and commercial properties which will be be priced between RM400,000 and RM670,000.
