The Promenade at Bayan Baru, Penang is a new mixed development project of 2.5 storey retail shops with 336 units of residential suites called Promenade Residence atop. The massive 37-storey development is strategically and conveniently located at the center of the established Bayan Baru township.

Formerly known to be D’Cascadium, it is now to be launched in one to two months. The project will be jointly developed by The Lion Group and T.J. Group.

Each unit will be allocated with one car park. Additional car parks can be purchased from RM25,000-RM28,000 per lot. Maintenance fee, including sinking fund is proposed to be approximately 30sen psf.
