Chelliah Park City

Chelliah Park City at Jalan S.P. Chelliah, Georgetown, Penang is a low medium cost apartment project under the initiative of the Penang state government. The 2.8ha project which expected to be launched end of this year will provide a total of 1,900 affordable housing units with prices starting from RM72,500.

The Penang Development Corporation (PDC) will implement the affordable housing project with call for open tender soon.

Updates: PDC has awarded the project to Zubicon Sdn. Bhd. reported The Star. The affordable housing scheme will consist of the following sizes with their respective prices.

Hi, 1st of all u need to registed urself to SUK state gov penang

If not mistaken priority will be given to those who doesn’t own a house yet (for LMC cost 90k project priority will be given to married couple and only will be consider to those who’s planning to invest for their 2nd house
